FMCG Sales Team Leader

A duty officer at PVR Cinemas manages the day-to-day operations of a multiplex cinema hall. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and security. They also handle customer service issues and emergencies.

Responsibilities

Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues

Ticket sales: Operate cash registers and ticketing software, and ensure efficient ticket sales

Concession stand: Help prepare and serve food and drinks, and keep the area clean

Ushering: Monitor auditoriums, help with cleaning, and address disruptions

Security: Monitor entrances and exits, and help maintain a safe environment

Facility maintenance: Report maintenance issues, and help with routine cleaning

Cash handling: Handle cash transactions, and help prepare financial reports

Emergency management: Handle emergencies and other incidents

Salary range - 22,000 to 25000 Take home

Qualification - Any Bachelor- should have a working experience at the Food & beverages.
