Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Team Leader to lead and support a team of telesales representatives. The ideal candidate will drive performance, coach team members, and ensure that sales targets and quality standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in executing sales strategies and enhancing the overall performance of the telesales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor team performance, call quality, and sales effectiveness through KPIs and regular reporting.
Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback to drive improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to align team goals with company objectives.
Handle escalated customer calls or issues when necessary.
Motivate the team to maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
Prepare and present regular reports on team metrics and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or call center environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
