Job Title: Sales Officer – FMCG (Spices)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Officer to promote and sell our spices products in the market. The person will be responsible for increasing product sales, building relationships with distributors helping the company grow in the spices segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to promote and sell spices products.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Take orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Check product availability and visibility in the market.

• Develop good relationships with customers and resolve their issues.

• Monitor competitor activities and report to the manager.

• Give feedback from the market to improve products and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, especially in spices or food products.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.

• Must be willing to travel regularly.

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or graduate in any field.

Location: [Kanpur & Kanpur Dehat]
Working Days: 6 days a week
