Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international sales inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

• Generate and qualify leads from international markets (UAE, USA, Europe, etc.).

• Maintain communication with clients regarding pricing, product information, and samples.

• Support the team with email marketing and follow-up strategies.

• Prepare and manage client details in CRM / Excel.

• Coordinate with internal departments like packaging, logistics, and documentation (if needed).

• Stay updated on global market trends and competitor activities.

• Good spoken and written English communication is a must.

• Basic knowledge of email marketing, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Confidence in talking to international clients.

• Understanding of FMCG export sales is a bonus.

• Highly organized, punctual, and goal-oriented.
