Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring new customers.
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell the company's range of Frozen Foods, Cake Premixes, Chocolates, Glazes, Fruit Fillings, Fruit Purees, and other food ingredients.
Develop business with bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants, QSRs, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and food manufacturers.
Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
Build long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, customer trends, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and maintain an updated customer database in the CRM or prescribed reporting format.
Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food ingredients, bakery ingredients, frozen foods, dairy, confectionery, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of distribution channels and institutional sales.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
