FMCG Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales to join our team. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local medical stores/pharmacies for empanelment with Sasta Sundar.

• Explain the benefits of joining the Sasta Sundar platform to chemists and collect required documentation.

• Collect orders for medicines from empaneled stores.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff.

• Ensure regular follow-ups for repeat orders and relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must own a bike and a valid driving license.

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Preference for candidates with a background in field sales or pharma distribution (not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• Travel Allowance: ₹5 per kilometer

• Attractive incentives based on performance

Job Location: Local area (Field-based role)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Reporting Time: As per company guidelines
