Job Description

FMCG Field Survey Executive (Contract – 3 Months)

Job Location:

Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam (Field Work)

Job Duration:

3 Months (Fixed-term project)

Salary:

₹15,000 per month (Fixed)

Travel allowance (if applicable)

Gender Preference:

Male candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Visit assigned FMCG retail outlets, kirana stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers

Conduct product availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor surveys

Collect accurate market data using mobile forms / manual formats

Interact with shop owners and capture feedback

Submit daily survey reports to the supervisor

Follow assigned beat plan and complete daily targets

Work Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Must have own bike and smartphone

Basic communication skills in Telugu (English basic)

Willingness to work on the field daily

Experience:

Freshers can apply

Prior FMCG field survey or field sales experience is an added advantage

Contract Terms:

Appointment strictly for 3 months

Performance-based continuation or extension possible

No PF / ESI (project-based role)

Reporting To:

Field Supervisor / Project Manager
