Job Description

Position Title: FMCG Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager

Job Purpose

To drive volume growth, expand brand retail distribution, and meet monthly primary and secondary sales targets within an assigned territory. The candidate will maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, kirana stores, and modern trade outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesale markets.
Order Collection: Secure weekly orders and pitch new product lines to maximize basket size.
Distributor Management: Partner with local dealers to ensure optimal product stocking and availability.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue milestones.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, new product launches, and general market trends.
Reporting: Submit daily execution summaries and route coverage logs using company CRM systems.
