Sales Officer

1. Revenue & Sales Targets

2. Primary & Secondary Sales: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the region.

3. Sales Forecasting

4. Distribution & Channel Management

• Network Expansion: Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors and wholesale hubs to expand regional footprint.

• Inventory & Fill Rates: Ensure optimum stock levels, timely replenishment, and zero-expiry market returns.

• Claim Settlement: Verify and ensure timely settlement of distributor claims and schemes.

5. General Trade Execution

• Market Penetration: Drive distribution reach across semi-urban and rural markets.

• Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure dominant product availability, shelf visibility, and compliance with planograms at kirana and retail stores.

• Trade Schemes: Roll out and track trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
