Floor Manager

• Building Maintenance and Repair:

  Overseeing and coordinating routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the building's structural integrity and functionality. 

• Service Management:

  Managing contracts and coordinating with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, landscaping, and utilities. 

• Safety and Security:

  Ensuring the facility adheres to safety regulations and implementing security measures to protect occupants and assets. 

• Budgeting and Cost Management:

  Developing and managing budgets for facility maintenance, renovations, and other expenses, while identifying cost-saving opportunities. 

• Space Planning and Utilization:

  Managing space allocation, occupancy, and renovations to optimize the use of available space. 

• Staff Supervision:

  Supervising and coordinating facility staff, including maintenance personnel, security guards, and custodial staff. 

• Communication and Reporting:

  Maintaining effective communication with building occupants, tenants, and stakeholders, and providing reports on facility operations. 

• Emergency Preparedness:

  Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of occupants during emergencies. 

• Health and Safety Compliance:

  Ensuring that the facility complies with all applicable health and safety regulations.
