Floor Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our telemarketing team in driving lead generation and sales through effective outbound calling strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, team leadership, and performance optimization, with the ability to meet targets while ensuring exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage telemarketing campaigns to meet sales objectives.

• Supervise, train, and motivate telemarketing representatives.

• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team effectiveness.

• Prepare call scripts and communication guidelines.

• Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve team performance.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead quality.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance management.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM and call center software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Five9).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with B2B or B2C telemarketing campaigns.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Familiarity with customer segmentation and database management.
