Floor Manager

Sales & Customer Service:

• Monitor and drive daily floor sales performance.

• Support sales executives in achieving individual and team targets.

• Interact with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints with professionalism.

Team Coordination & Management:

• Allocate duties and sales zones to floor staff.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.

• Monitor staff grooming, behavior, and adherence to store protocols.

Visual Merchandising & Floor Maintenance:

• Ensure all jewellery is displayed attractively and according to VM guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock arrangements on the floor.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure showroom upkeep.

Inventory Support:

• Assist in daily stock checks and ensure stock security on the floor.

• Report discrepancies and assist in minimizing stock shrinkage.

Operations & Reporting:

• Assist in floor-level billing, customer follow-ups, and product exchanges.

• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the showroom manager.

• Support promotional and festive campaigns on the floor.
