About the Role

Junigadi is looking for a dynamic Fleet Manager to expand our partner network by onboarding used car and bike dealers onto our platform. In this role, you will build strong relationships with local dealers, ensure their vehicle inventory is actively listed, and drive business growth across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Acquisition: Identify, meet, and onboard used vehicle dealers across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas onto the Junigadi platform.

• Inventory Management: Coordinate with onboarded dealers to ensure their vehicle stock (cars and bikes) is regularly cataloged and updated on the app/website.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with dealer partners and resolve their operational queries.

• Market Intelligence: Track local market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to optimize partner onboarding strategies.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly targets for new dealer sign-ups and total listed vehicle inventory.

Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience in dealer onboarding, field sales, or business development within the automobile, used vehicle, or auto classifieds sector (e.g., Cars24, Spinny, OLX, local auto dealerships).

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is required).

• Self-motivated with a high readiness for local field travel.

• Personal two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
