Teamhalt Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator (Female) to strengthen our Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) team.

If you have experience in DSA channels and a solid understanding of Bank/NBFC loan processes, we want to meet you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities -:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for fresh home loans & balance transfers.

• Represent the company at joint events with partnered builder groups.

• Coordinate between sales teams, customers, and bank RMs for smooth processing.

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure all documentation as per checklists.

• Manage both in-office tasks and on-site client coordination when needed.

• Prepare and update Excel reports & maintain customer data logs.

• Ensure ethical standards and strict data confidentiality.

• Assist in pre-screening loan applications as per lender eligibility.

✅ Key Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in home loans/LAP or DSA coordination

• Skills:

o Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)

o Basic computer knowledge & proficiency in Excel

o Understanding of loan documentation & bank/NBFC processes

o Excellent presentation skills for meetings & events

• Willingness to work from both office and client locations

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
