We’re Looking For-
Sales Telecallers ,
Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence to talk to new people over the phone.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus — but freshers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
What Team will Do-
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our loan products.
Generate and qualify leads for personal and business loans.
Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into disbursed loans.
Meet daily and monthly targets in a fun, team-oriented environment.
