• Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Confidence to talk to new people over the phone.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus — but freshers are encouraged to apply (training provided).

What Team will Do-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our loan products.

• Generate and qualify leads for personal and business loans.

• Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into disbursed loans.
