Position: Financial Services Consultant (FSC) / Relationship Manager
Channel: BANCCA Channel
Location: Pune
💼 Job Description:
Work in partnership with leading bank branches (channel partner of ICICI Prudential).
Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate business leads.
Approach walk-in customers and existing bank clients for life insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ICICI Prudential Life Insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, BFSI, or related field.
Age: 21–30 years preferred.
Local candidates will be given preference.
💰 Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives & Commissions based on performance.
