We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team at at Trucksbuses Autoweb Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Job Description

The role involves generating business for Four-Wheeler Refinance ( CV Loans) products . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, coordinating loan documentation, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source customers for Used Commercial Vehicle (CV) Refinance Loans
Generate leads through field visits, dealer tie-ups, and references
Explain loan products, eligibility, EMI structure, and benefits to customers
Coordinate with the credit & operations team for smooth loan processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales MIS
Build strong relationships with dealers and customers

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Sales / Finance / NBFC sector)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field sales and local market travel

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (final depends on interview)
