Field Supervisor

- Min 3 yrs field‑supervision in signage / metal‑fabrication / construction

• Valid LMV/HMV driving licence + clean record; comfortable long‑haul state routes

• 12th pass (basic numeracy & report‑writing)

• Proven ability to manage 8‑12 laborers, enforce safety, hit deadlines

• Strong client‑interaction & negotiation skills

• Willingness to stay out 2‑3 weeks per trip, handle overnight stays

• Regional language comfort (Odia, Bengali, Hindi; Assamese/Nagameese a plus) - Experience with flex‑print, LED, acrylic products

• Knowledge of local labor laws for Odisha, WB, Jharkhand, NE

• Own commercial vehicle or ready to drive company‑owned trucks

• Cert in OSHA/ISO 9001 or safety supervisor course

• Track record of cost‑effective logistics & on‑time delivery

• Network of sub‑contractors in target states
