Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at Ms. One Login Digital Media. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, & B2B Portal Memberships

2. Identify and convert potential clients

3. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

4. Conduct client meetings & pitch customized digital marketing solutions

5. Build strong client relationships & ensure repeat business

6. Market research & new client acquisition

7. Train and support sales team with product updates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Computer Knowledge, Area Knowledge is an added advantage.
