Field Sales Representative

Service Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of textile/apparel machinery at customer sites.

• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Provide machine demonstration and operator training to customers.

• Prepare service reports after every customer visit.

• Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and technical support.

• Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service calls.

Sales Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to generate sales leads and business opportunities.

• Promote company products, spare parts, and AMC services.

• Support sales team during machine trials and presentations.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Basic understanding of textile/apparel machinery.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently in field operations.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reports).

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in field service or technical sales.

• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

• Must possess a valid 2-wheeler driving license.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
