Warranty Mitra is a smartphone protection and extended warranty platform that helps retailers and customers with seamless warranty registration, claim assistance, pickup & delivery, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned mobile retail stores daily.
Onboard new retailers to the Warranty Mitra platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners.
Explain Warranty Mitra's products and benefits to retailers.
Assist retailers with warranty registrations and app usage.
Coordinate phone pickup and delivery for warranty and service cases.
Resolve retailer queries and provide timely support.
Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Ability to travel locally for field visits.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
0–2 years of experience in field sales, retail support, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
