Field
Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-
growing
organization serving clients in the hospitality sector, including hotels,
restaurants, bars,
and banquet halls.
Selection Process
1. Interview Round
Candidates will first undergo a personal interview to assess basic suitability
for the role.
2. Training Program
Duration: 12 days
Mode: Online + Offline (Hybrid)
Stipend: ₹2,000 (one-time)
During this period, candidates will be evaluated on performance metrics such
as
learning agility, communication, and sales aptitude.
3. Final Selection
Only those who perform well in the training will be selected for the full-time
Field Sales
Representative role.
4. salary structure
Component Details
Base Pay ₹13500 (based on training performance)
Travel Allowance ₹2,500 per month
Performance Bonus ₹4000(T&C Applied)
Sales Commission ₹300 – ₹500 per client conversion (one-time)
Repeat Order Bonus ₹100 – ₹200 per client/month(Based on order)
Key Responsibilities KRAs
1.Client Acquisition & Sales Closure
Approach and convert potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
2.Lead Management & Follow-up
Manage and follow up on leads from various sources.
Ensure timely communication with prospects to increase conversion.
3.Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
4.Sales Strategy Execution
Implement creative sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Provide market and competitor insights to the management team.
5.Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of visits, conversions, and client data.
Update sales reports and client database regularly.
6.Performance Reporting
Submit timely performance updates and share feedback with management.
