🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a field-driven, energetic sales professional who can visit businesses, generate leads, and convert them into exhibitors for our upcoming exhibition.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, traveling, and closing deals on ground.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Visit snack brands, manufacturers, distributors & suppliers
Generate new leads through field visits and references
Pitch SnackPro Xpo and explain exhibitor benefits
Close stall bookings (₹50K–₹1L+)
Maintain daily visit and lead reports
Build strong relationships with local businesses
Coordinate with internal team for onboarding
🚗 Work Nature
70–80% field work
20–30% follow-ups (calls/WhatsApp)
No fixed office dependency
💰 Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Incentives: Per deal basis (high earning potential)
Travel Allowance: As per company policy
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
1–5 years of field sales experience (FMCG / B2B preferred)
Good communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with daily travel
Target-driven and energetic
Local market knowledge is a plus
