Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to onboard merchants and activate QR Code payment solutions. The candidate will visit local markets, approach shopkeepers, complete merchant onboarding, and ensure successful QR code activation.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and other merchants.
Explain the benefits of Digital QR Code Payments.
Complete merchant registration and document collection.
Assist merchants in Video KYC (if required).
Activate the Merchant QR Code successfully.
Guide merchants on accepting digital payments.
Achieve daily and monthly activation targets.
Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports.

Eligibility

12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills.
Android Smartphone is mandatory.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Field sales experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
