Role: Sales Executive / Direct Sales Officer

Products: Unsecured & Secured Business Loans (Ticket size: ₹2 Lakh to ₹15 Lakh) & Personal Loans

Location: Odhav MBL

Compensation: ₹17,500 – ₹22,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

Generate leads and source new customers for business and personal loan products through direct market visits, cold calling, and local networking.

Understand customer funding requirements and guide them through suitable loan options.

Collect and verify required borrower documentation (KYC, income proofs, business stability records) to ensure smooth file processing.

Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for timely loan sanctions and disbursements.

Achieve monthly disbursement targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales (prior experience in loan sales, NBFCs, or banking is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Skills: Strong communication, basic negotiation skills, and a genuine eagerness to master financial products.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings; having a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred.

Education: Minimum Graduate or 10+2 with relevant sales experience.
