Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, distributors, and farmers regularly in the assigned territory.
Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Promote company products including insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
Conduct field demonstrations and farmer meetings for product awareness.
Appoint new dealers and expand the dealer network in the assigned area.
Collect market orders and coordinate with office/dispatch team for timely supply.
Ensure payment collection and follow-up of outstanding dues from dealers.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Support branding and promotional activities in the market.
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to reporting manager.
Resolve dealer and customer queries effectively and professionally.
Increase product demand and market penetration in assigned territory.
Participate in agriculture exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of agriculture products and crop protection market
Ability to travel extensively in assigned territory
Dealer handling and relationship management skills
Basic reporting and sales coordination knowledge
Qualification:
Graduate / B.Sc. Agriculture preferred
Experience in Agrochemical / Agriculture Industry preferred

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Territory Manager
