Field Sales Officer

Roles and responsibilities  Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office.  Branch will not assign walk-in leads; all sales depend on personal prospecting efforts.  Only sales above ₹6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid.  Utilize in house software for estimations and client proposal support.  Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance.  During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction.  Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level) to drive sustainable business.  Responsible for 1 sale booking (token collection only) initially.  From the initial months, aim to achieve 2 sale bookings per month.  Role requires 100% on-site work or working from office to generate leads effectively
