We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our on-ground sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate field sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.

• Generate leads through on-ground activities like site visits, roadshows, events, and local promotions.

• Follow up with potential buyers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain a strong database of prospects and regularly update follow-up records.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless sales execution.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop sales strategies to capture them.

• Ensure sales targets are met and report daily/weekly performance to management.

• Build relationships with channel partners and brokers.

• Provide training and motivation to team members for consistent performance.

• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and market dynamics.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
