A Loan Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling loan products like personal loans, home loans, business loans, vehicle loans, or credit cards to customers. The role mainly focuses on sales targets, customer handling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for loan products

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build relationships with customers and clients

Explain loan products, eligibility, and interest rates

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals

Manage documentation and verification process

Handle customer queries and follow-ups

Train and guide sales executives/team members

Maintain reports and sales records
