ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned area or territory.

• Generate Leads for crusher equipment sales and convert to potential business.

• Manage and oversee the sales team within the area, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Identify market opportunities and customer needs, and develop effective sales plans and tactics to capitalize on them.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive sales and increase market share.

• Monitor sales performance and market trends within the area, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns in the area.

• Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as service and finance, to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery, Crusher or construction equipment industry.

  • क्षेत्रीय सेल्स परफॉर्मेंस और ट्रेंड्स की निगरानी कर प्रबंधन को रिपोर्ट देना।

  • मार्केटिंग और प्रोडक्ट डेवेलपमेंट टीम के साथ मिलकर नए उत्पादों और प्रचार अभियानों की योजना बनाना।

  • बिक्री से संबंधित नीतियों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

  • ग्राहक सेवा और वित्तीय टीम के साथ सहयोग कर ग्राहक मुद्दों का समाधान करना।

  • कंपनी का प्रतिनिधित्व ट्रेड शो, उद्योग आयोजनों और ग्राहक मीटिंग्स में करना।
    
    आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

• हेवी मशीनरी या निर्माण उपकरण उद्योग में 8+ वर्षों का सेल्स अनुभव।

• बिजनेस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन, मार्केटिंग या संबंधित क्षेत्र में स्नातक डिग्री।
