Job Description

बीमा उत्पादों की बिक्री (Selling Insurance Products):
- जीवन बीमा, स्वास्थ्य बीमा, मोटर बीमा, टर्म प्लान आदि बेचना।
कस्टमर से बातचीत (Client Interaction):
- नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना और मौजूदा ग्राहकों के साथ संबंध बनाए रखना।
सलाह देना (Advisory Role):
- ग्राहक की ज़रूरत और बजट के अनुसार उचित बीमा प्लान की सिफारिश करना।
डॉक्युमेंटेशन और फॉर्म भरना (Documentation):
- पॉलिसी फॉर्म भरवाना, डॉक्युमेंट्स इकट्ठा करना और प्रोसेसिंग करना।
फॉलो-अप और क्लेम सपोर्ट (Follow-up & Claim Support):
- समय-समय पर प्रीमियम भुगतान के लिए याद दिलाना।
- क्लेम प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना।
मार्केटिंग एक्टिविटी (Marketing):
- कॉलिंग, कैंप लगाना, व्हाट्सएप प्रचार, सोशल मीडिया से लीड जनरेट करना।
सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना (Achieve Sales Targets):
- मासिक या तिमाही बिक्री लक्ष्य को पूरा करना।
Training & Product Knowledge:
- नए प्रोडक्ट्स की जानकारी लेना और लगातार सीखते रहना।
