Job Overview
We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Sales Executive to drive B2C sales for Heatcure, our innovative nanotechnology liquid coating for glasses. You'll engage directly with homeowners, builders, and end-users, educating them about product benefits, conducting demos, and converting leads into sales across Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person visits to residential sites, societies, and individual homeowners
Explain product benefits (e.g., heat protection, energy conservation)
Build trust and relationships with potential customers
Handle queries, provide quotes, and close B2C deals
Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth application experience
Keep daily records of visits, leads, and conversions
Requirements
2–3 years of direct/B2C field sales experience (home products, appliances, coatings, etc.)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-driven with a friendly, approachable attitude
Willingness to travel across Gurugram and have a car/bike for the same
Familiarity with the local construction ecosystem is a plus
