Job Overview

We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Sales Executive to drive B2C sales for Heatcure, our innovative nanotechnology liquid coating for glasses. You'll engage directly with homeowners, builders, and end-users, educating them about product benefits, conducting demos, and converting leads into sales across Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to residential sites, societies, and individual homeowners

• Explain product benefits (e.g., heat protection, energy conservation)

• Build trust and relationships with potential customers

• Handle queries, provide quotes, and close B2C deals

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth application experience

• Keep daily records of visits, leads, and conversions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of direct/B2C field sales experience (home products, appliances, coatings, etc.)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-driven with a friendly, approachable attitude

• Willingness to travel across Gurugram and have a car/bike for the same

• Familiarity with the local construction ecosystem is a plus

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
