Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Interns to support our on-ground expansion in Delhi. Interns will accompany the Founder on key field visits and also conduct independent field visits to onboard dealers, fleet owners, and logistics partners.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, client interaction, and real-world sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the Founder / senior leadership on field meetings and market visits.

• Conduct independent field visits across assigned zones in Delhi.

• Onboard dealers, vehicle owners, and logistics partners onto the Axlerator platform.

• Pitch Axlerator’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.

• Collect market insights, pricing data, and competitor intelligence.

• Coordinate with internal operations and support teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Delhi and available for on-ground work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working both with leadership and independently.

• Willingness to meet field targets and follow up with leads.

• Prior experience in sales/marketing/field roles is a plus (not mandatory).
