Field Sales Executive (Male)

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop B2B sales for our industrial cutting blades, ban knives, leather & foam cutting blades, and related cutting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting manufacturing companies, meeting factory and plant decision-makers, understanding their cutting requirements, promoting suitable products, and converting enquiries into orders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Understand customers' cutting requirements and recommend suitable industrial blades, ban knives, leather blades, foam cutting blades, and related products.

· Explain product specifications, applications, quality, performance, and benefits to customers.

· Generate new leads through field visits, market research, referrals, networking, and existing customer references.

· Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed B2B orders and supply contracts.

· Coordinate with the production and internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders, delivery, and product specifications.

· Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

· Maintain daily customer visit reports, enquiry details, sales pipeline, and follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile:

· 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, technical sales, machinery sales, or a related field, fresher’s with a strong technical background and interest in sales may also be considered.

• Graduate in any discipline; Proficient in Tamil, along with English and Hindi (knowledge of Telugu/Kannada is an added advantage).

• Willing to travel extensively across South India; owns a two-wheeler / valid driving licence preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; self-motivated to work independently across a large territory.

Note: Must preferred Chennai candidates only and anywhere to travel outside Chennai for customer factory visit.

Compensation: Attractive fixed base salary,

Allowance: Fuel and travel costs fully reimbursed
