Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Lubricants
Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in lubricant sales. The ideal candidate must be currently employed under lubricant dealers and have a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales of lubricants to industries, workshops, and other end-users.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.
Meet decision-makers directly and close deals.
Identify market trends and provide feedback to management.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must have current and relevant experience working under lubricant dealers.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in lubricants.
Strong knowledge of different types of lubricants and applications.
Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and customer convincing skills.
Local language (Kannada) is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi, English, or Tamil is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively in and around Attibele, Bangalore.
