Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) for solar panel solutions.

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.

  • Explain the benefits of solar energy, product features, and ROI to customers.

  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.

  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the solar industry.
    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in field sales (experience in solar/renewable energy industry is preferred).

    • Good communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

    • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (training will be provided if required).

    • Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
