Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) for solar panel solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
Explain the benefits of solar energy, product features, and ROI to customers.
Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the solar industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales (experience in solar/renewable energy industry is preferred).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (training will be provided if required).
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
