We are looking for a proactive Sales cum Field Executive to manage dealer networks, drive sales, expand market reach, and ensure payment collections. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealer Management: Onboard new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Sales: Promote paint products, explain features, and achieve sales targets.
• Market Development: Research and generate leads to expand the market.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collections on a 30, 60, and 90-day cycle.
• Field Work: Visit clients, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support.
• Reporting: Maintain records and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years in field sales (paint industry preferred); freshers with a sales mindset are welcome.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office proficiency.
