Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive with a strong ability to build relationships and generate business in the industrial sector. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products, and supporting the overall sales growth of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visit potential and existing customers in industrial areas to promote company products.
Identify new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and industry references.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/technical team for quotations and solutions.
Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and industrial clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit reports to the Sales Manager.
Represent the company in industrial exhibitions, trade meetings, and networking events when required.

Minimum Requirement:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel and meet customers across industrial areas.
Basic understanding of industrial products or manufacturing industries preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to learn technical product applications.

1–3 years experience in field sales / industrial sales / B2B sales.
Experience in rubber, plastic, machinery, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel may also be considered.
