Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to join our ground sales team. You will be the face of our product, visiting retailers, demonstrating its value, and closing deals on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit 15+ retailers per day in your assigned territory.
• Conduct product demos and explain the value of our SaaS solution.
• Achieve 5+ deal closures per day.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and ensure high adoption of the product.
• Report daily activities and sales metrics to your City Head/Manager.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Ability to travel within the city and manage multiple retailer relationships.
• Previous experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus but not mandatory.
