The role requires regular field visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and closing sales with businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential B2B clients such as:Schools & collegesHospitals & clinicsHotels & restaurantsOffices & corporate buildingsManufacturing unitsRetail stores & mallsConduct field visits and in-person meetings with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement heads, owners, admins).Present and demonstrate Hypirio’s cleaning solutions and products.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.Maintain and update customer database and sales reports.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collect feedback from clients and coordinate with the operations team for delivery/service.Build long-term relationships with key clients.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfident in face-to-face sellingGood interpersonal and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and target-drivenBasic understanding of B2B salesAbility to work independently in the fieldWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryQualificationsMinimum: Graduate (Any discipline)Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (preferred but freshers can apply)Experience in cleaning, facility management, FMCG, or industrial sales is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesTravel allowance / reimbursementGrowth opportunities within the company
