Job Summary:
Sri Palani Murugan Traders, a leading distributor of premier cement brands in Coimbatore and surrounding regions, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base by establishing and nurturing strong relationships across key customer segments including Engineers, Builders, Promoters, Contractors, Construction companies, Retail Cement, Hardware shops. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic field engagement within Coimbatore and neighboring areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and develop strong relationships with:
Engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, construction companies
Retail cement shops, Electrical & Hardware stores, sand offices
· Promote and sell multiple cement brands across assigned regions
Achieve sales targets and generate consistent orders.
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Attend sales meetings and special campaigns as scheduled
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th, Diploma, or any Degree
Must have own two-wheeler for field visits.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (cement or construction materials experience is a plus).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good local area knowledge (Coimbatore and nearby towns)
Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated.
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
· Field Timing: Must be on the field by 9:30 a.m. sharp
· Evening Reporting: At office by 5:30 p.m. daily
· On special days (e.g., vastu days) – must be present at customer sites by 6:00 a.m.
Salary & Benefits:
₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Mobile allowance paid by the company
Petrol allowance of ₹4,000 per month
