Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Preschool & Day Care)
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar & Kharadi (Pune)
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to drive admissions for our preschool and day care center. You will be the face of our brand in the premium micro-markets of East Pune. Your primary goal is to convert leads into enrollments by conducting on-ground activities, engaging with residential societies, and building trust with parents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and survey potential customer clusters (high-rise societies, row houses, corporate parks) in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadi.
Generate a minimum number of qualified leads daily/weekly through door-to-door visits, parent referral programs, and retail joint promotions.
Maintain a CRM database of parent inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
2. Society Engagement & Activations
Plan and execute society engagement activities (e.g., parent-toddler playdates, storytelling sessions, art competitions, informative workshops on parenting/child development).
Build relationships with Society Managing Committees, Security guards, and Local "Moms" groups to gain access and trust within gated communities.
Set up weekend information kiosks or demo stalls in high-footfall areas (e.g., near cafés, grocery stores, parks) within the target locations.
3. School/Center Tours & Counseling
Schedule and conduct personalized center tours for parents.
Explain the curriculum, safety protocols (CCTV, child-teacher ratio), and day care facilities.
Address parental objections (fees, transport, age criteria) on the spot to close admissions.
4. Competition Mapping & Reporting
Monitor competing preschools/day cares in the same radius (e.g., Podar, EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, etc.) – their fees, offers, and activities.
Submit a daily travel log, lead report, and weekly sales forecast to the Center Head.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of site visits scheduled per week.
Number of enrollments closed per month.
Lead-to-visit & visit-to-enrollment conversion ratio.
Number of society activities conducted per month.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduate (Any field). Diploma in Marketing / Early Childhood Education is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience (Preschool, Day care, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate preferred).
Local Knowledge: Must have working knowledge of Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadigeography (traffic patterns, society names, shortcuts).
Own Vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (to connect with local parents and society staff).
Competencies & Attitude
Aggressive go-getter; comfortable with outdoor work for 6–7 hours daily.
High emotional intelligence to handle first-time parent anxieties.
Ability to conduct fun, child-friendly activities on a low budget.
Punctual, presentable, and professional in uniform/ID card.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (based on interview & experience).
Petrol Allowance: Actual reimbursement / Fixed monthly component (as per company policy).
Incentives: Attractive performance-linked bonus per enrollment (uncapped).
