Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas daily to meet potential customers or clients.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in detail.

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase usability and quality.

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.

• Maintain proper sales records and submit daily reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, product promotion, or customer handling.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Confidence in meeting customers and conducting product demos.

• Must be willing to travel locally within the assigned area.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
