Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team at ShinePoints. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our reward points software to retail stores in your city. You will work directly with shopkeepers, explain the benefits of ShinePoints, onboard them for a free trial, and convert them into long-term paying clients. Along with direct sales, you will also build a network of channel partners to drive growth in your area.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch ShinePoints software to retail shop owners (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.) in your assigned area.

• Onboard shopkeepers for a free 1-month trial and convert them into annual subscriptions (₹999/year).

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with attractive incentives for overperformance.

• Recruit and manage channel partners/agents to expand sales outreach.

• Maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and partners for long-term growth.

• Submit daily reports and updates via mobile while working independently in the field.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
