We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our ShinePoints team.

Meet and pitch ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail store owners.

Achieve revenue targets and earn high incentives.

Hire and manage channel partners to boost sales.

Maintain long-term partnerships with retailers.

Report daily progress to the manager.

Eligibility:

✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Freshers can apply

✔ Good communication skills (Regional language + Basic English)

Salary & Perks:

💰 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home + Incentives

💰 Graduate: ₹31,000/month take-home + Incentives

🚕 Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment (extra on targets)
