Job Description

A Recruitment Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business and growing existing accounts within the recruitment industry by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly or annual targets.Identify and research new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.Track and report on sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales forecasts.Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build professional networks.
