Walk-in Details Date: 12th August 2026 (Wednesday) Time: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Location: Rentokil PCI Pvt Ltd ., 301-304, Maher Park - B, Athwagate, Ring Road, Surat - 395 001, Gujarat, INDIA About the Role: The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets. The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Business Development (Sales): Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations Track market developments and identify new business opportunities Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG) Key Result Areas: Business Development (Sales) Upselling Renewals (if assigned) Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan Collection & DSO Customer Service On-Time Invoice Submission Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Strong interpersonal and networking abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient in client negotiation Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet goals Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: Any Graduate Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite Minimum 0-3 years of experience in direct sales , preferably in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services Fresher can also attend.
