We are looking for an experienced and energetic Field Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales goals
Identify new market opportunities and convert leads into customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Monitor competitors and market trends for business growth
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance to management
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred with relevant sales experience
EXPERIENCE AND FRESHER BOTH CAN APPLY/
Minimum 2–5 years of field sales or team handling experience
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as required for business needs
