Job Role: Field Sales Executive का मुख्य काम मार्केट में जाकर नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ना, ऑर्डर बुक करना और बिक्री के लक्ष्य पूरे करना है।Key Financials (वित्तीय विवरण):फिक्स्ड सैलरी: ₹10,000 से ₹15,000 प्रति माह।यात्रा भत्ता (Allowance): ₹1,500 प्रति माह (तेल खर्च/यात्रा खर्च के लिए)।अनिवार्य मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य (Mandatory Target): ₹4,00,000 (चार लाख रुपये) प्रति माह।इंसेंटिव: 4 लाख से ऊपर की बिक्री पर 2% अतिरिक्त कमीशन दिया जाएगा।Other Responsibilities:दैनिक आधार पर मार्केट में घूमना और नए ऑर्डर लाना।ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना।दैनिक बिक्री और ऑर्डर की रिपोर्ट ऑफिस में जमा करना।
