Sales Representative – Vendor Acquisition & Client Marketing

MBD India Events is looking for a proactive and confident Sales Representative to help expand our vendor network and generate business opportunities across Delhi NCR. The role involves field visits, vendor sourcing, data collection, and promoting our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit wedding venues, banquet halls, decorators, caterers, hotels, and event-related sites across Delhi NCR.
Collect and maintain vendor data including contact details, pricing, services, and portfolios.
Build strong relationships with vendors and onboard them into our network.
Market and promote MBD India Events to potential clients and partners.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding vendor and client requirements.
Maintain daily reports of meetings, site visits, and lead updates.
Represent the company professionally during client/vendor interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and traveling across Delhi NCR.
Must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for daily travel and site visits.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or the wedding/events industry preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Comfortable using smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and social media for coordination.
Prior sales or field marketing experience is a plus.
